The Fellow will research and produce a concise briefing note (a POSTnote) on an area of public policy that raises bioethical issues.

This is the third fellowship offered at POST with funding from the Council. Previous Fellows have produced briefing notes on biobanks (2014) and global inequalities in health (to be published in 2016).
