The Council is looking to recruit a Research Officer to carry out relevant research, organise meetings, oversee the management of information resources, provide and revise drafting for papers and reports, manage the production of publications, and assist with public dissemination activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in the high-profile area of bioethics, providing an opportunity to work closely in the development of policy and the promotion of debate in bioethics.

The candidate will require a relevant degree for example in biological sciences, medicine, philosophy, law or social sciences and knowledge of bioethical issues. Experience of a range of research techniques and resources are essential as are first-class drafting skills.

This is a permanent, full-time post, working 35 hours a week at our office in Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3JS. The salary will be in the range £33,080 - £36,166, (depending on skills and experience).
