The Nuffield Council on Bioethics and The Global Health Network have launched a Portuguese version of a free e-learning course for researchers working in global health emergencies.
The course covers the core ethical issues that arise when
conducting research in global health emergencies, from outbreaks of
infectious diseases to natural and human-made disasters. It is entirely based on our report Research in global health emergencies: ethical issues, published in January. It is also available in English, French, and Spanish.
You can access the short report and overview of Research in global health emergencies: ethical issues in Chinese, Farsi, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. You can also access the overview in Arabic.
We have worked previously with The Global Health Network to develop an online course covering the ethics of involving children in clinical research.
