We are delighted to announce the appointment of Selena Stellman to the Nuffield Council on Bioethics
Selena is a General Practitioner with a portfolio career in clinical work and medical ethics including having previously worked as an Academic Clinical Fellow undertaking research in bioethics. Her current roles include working as a GP in an inner city practice, and a Quality Improvement Fellow focusing on how personalised care can improve health for those with chronic pain, and reduce health inequalities. Her clinical areas of interest are primary care, mental health and working with refugees, and academic interests focuses on clinical ethics, resource allocation, and public health ethics. Selena teaches medical ethics at both an undergraduate and postgraduate level and has been involved in a number of areas of curriculum design and delivery.
