Jay Stone
Associate Director, External Relations and Foresight
Jay leads our external relations and foresight directorate. She is focused on implementing an effective approach to strategic communications and engagement, as well as evolving our horizon scanning function to feature more expansive foresight methodologies.
Prior to joining NCOB, Jay completed a PhD in cell biology before embarking on a career in communications. She has more than a decade of experience, having worked at Public Health England, NICE and the HFEA. She joined us in August 2023.
