Carol Perkins

Carol is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the NCOB, including the management of the Council and supporting the Governing Board, ensuring effective governance processes are in place. She is also responsible for financial and contract management and oversees project managements processes and work planning. Prior to joining the team in 2005, Carol worked at the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and the Department of Health.
